Remove water from head (Sinus)

If you feel heaviness in your head, it could be due to water which would cause Sinus.

To remove excess water from head

1. Inhale either plain steam or with vicks to relieve from Sinus


2. Place some uncooked puzhungal arisi (parboiled rice, Usna Chawal) in a light (melleesu) towel and keep it as a pillow while sleeping. It will absorb excess water from your head. This will be useful for children as they cannot take steam.

There is a plant called NaaiKadugu or VaelaiSedi usually seen near railway tracks.

Grind this and completely drain out the water and apply on forehead. U can see water coming out of forehead and nearby nose within 10-15 secs. Remove once in a min from the forehead and drain it and keep it again.

You wont believe, you will be relieved of sinus within 5 min.

Note: It will give burning sensation for few min. So its not advisable for children.
