Keep boiled potatoes unpeeled in fridge for 6 hrs.
keep chopped onion in hot water for 10 mts before using them.
Wash rice flakes nicely and squeeze out water.
In butter, fry onion till golden colour, add mashed potatoes and salt... fry for some more mts till all the water get absorbed.... switch off the flame.
Add masala powder, rice flakes to the potato and mix very well.
Keep this patty mix in the fridge for 20 mts.
Meanwhile... prepare batter with the given ingredients.
Shape the patty mix round or in any shape and dip it in batter and coat with bread crumps and deep fry the pattys in medium flame till it turns to golden colour....
